TOPIC: Will Artificial Intelligence(AI) be moral?
As AI becomes a pervasive force in society its impact on our lives will be difficult to avoid. We hope that the impact will be positive but that will depend on the moral values of it’s creators. Join us to discuss this question:
How would the world benefit if the moral values of AI were those of the Religious Society of Friends?
The session will start with a 14 minute YouTube video presentation by the leader of Anthropic’s outreach to the world’s faith and philosophy traditions.
This will be a hybrid event - either in-person in the Social Hall, or on Zoom to discuss this topic.
