Please consider joining us at 8:30 AM in the Wrightstown Social Hall.

TOPIC: Ways to create your own “Elevator Speech,” so you can comfortably use it to share information about our religion.                  LEADER: Lois

At the recent Friends General Conference about OUTREACH, it was mentioned that the majority of current newer attenders and members were introduced to Quakerism by someone they knew. If someone asks you to tell them about Quakerism, can you respond? And it was also mentioned that OUTREACH needs to be done by everyone attending our Meetings and having an elevator speech is a wonderful beginning.

We will discuss what an elevator speech is!

We will talk about creating effective ones, and whento use one… and how to easily vary it depending uponthe questions.

This will be a hybrid event - either in-person in the Social Hall, or on Zoom to discuss this topic.

The Spiritual Exploration Group meets at 8:30 on the third Sunday in the Social Hall before Meeting for Worship.

SEG provides an opportunity for everyone to share their thoughts and feelings on a variety of spiritually related topics.  I has the added benefit that we can hear each other's ideas outside the Silence of Meeting.
