At the rise of Meeting for Worship on January 29th, Wrightstown will once again address the issues raised in An Urgent Call to the Religious Society of Friends. (See below.)
The Urgent Call invites Meetings and individual Friends to consider ways of responding to the current threat of an authoritarian takeover of our democratic system that would destroy the hope of making significant progress on racial and economic justice, the equality of all people, the climate crisis, gun violence, and other urgent issues of our time.
