For this spring basket packing celebrating Easter, the food cupboard has requested that Wrightstown Friends concentrate on: .  Helping hands are needed to pack.  Bring the kids.  Non food contributions (i.e. $$) are also welcome. 

The cupboard never has too much peanut butter, jelly, coffee, and canned fruit. It can also use personal hygiene products, which cannot be purchased with SNAP funds.  In addition to making baskets for the four major distributions, the cupboard doors are open by appointment for those with acute needs. Penns Park Methodist Church does the heavy lifting. We're just dilettantes in comparison.

There are usually some deliveries afterwards, but the cupboard is making great progress in getting people to pick up their baskets.
